Court of Protection Webinar (P&A applications)

The Court of Protection have announced they are hosting a webinar for legal professionals with an overview of how to submit property and affairs deputyship applications to the court online.  This free webinar takes place on 28th February 2023 at 12 noon for one hour.

Sign up for a step-by-step demonstration of how to make an application and for guidance on which forms must be completed to support your application. There will be plenty of time for questions on the process and the online submission process.
