NEWS UPDATE Delays in the SCCO – fear not the SCCO have a plan in place to improve those delays in 2024 according to our Brand Ambassador and Advisor, Peter Haworth. All Costs Judges at the SCCO are to be trained in assessing Court of Protection Bills next year.
“Recruitment for new costs officers in the Court of Protection section of the SCCO continues. However, delays with assessing COP bills continue to lengthen. To counter this, we understand all Costs Judges at the SCCO are being given training in assessing COP bills. We at A & M are hopeful this will improve delays as we head into 2024”.
