Use of electronic bills in Court of Protection cases

The COP-E pilot due to end on 28 April 2023 that started on 1st November 2022 has been successful says Senior Costs Judge Gordon-Saker.  The SCCO is now in receipt of 30-40% of all Court of Protection bills in e-format – the costs officers have agreed the use of bills in this format should continue.
