Daniel started as a Trainee Court of Protection Costs Draftsman in March 2021. Having previously trained and passed an exam for civil litigation costs for Partners in Costs, he decided to make the switch to Court of Protection work following a further successful training period with the team.

He takes pride in ensuring all aspects of his bills have been thoroughly reviewed and are accurate to ensure maximum recoverability for his clients.

He looks forward to learning more about the assessment process in its entirety and helping clients to understand the reasonableness behind their recovery following assessment and advising them as such, as well as expanding his Court of Protection knowledge.

Daniel enjoys spending his spare time playing and watching football with his friends.
