Award-winning Court of Protection Costs Specialists
Samantha graduated with a First Class Master’s in Law with Honours from Northumbria University in 2023. Following her studies, she gained valuable experience working as a Paralegal in Court of Protection matters. In this role, she handled deputyship applications and managed clients’ property and financial affairs under deputyship orders, developing a strong understanding of the practical challenges faced by deputies.
In January 2025, Samantha joined A&M Bacon as a Court of Protection Costs Specialist. She brings a meticulous attention to detail and in-depth knowledge of Court of Protection procedures to her current role, where she is gaining further experience in the legal costs sector. Samantha is currently working towards her ambition of qualifying as a Costs Lawyer in the future.
Outside of work, Samantha enjoys exploring the Lake District and seaside with her dog, Bella.
