Emma Joined A & M Bacon in January 2023 as a Court of Protection Costs Specialist. She had previously worked in elderly care for over 10 years. This is where she first gained an understanding of Deputyship Orders and the role of a Deputy. This became an area of interest for Emma and took her career in a different direction to Court of Protection costs.

Emma understands the hard work our clients undertake and uses her knowledge of person-centred care to ensure bills are thorough and accurate to maximise recovery for our clients.

Emma looks forward to continuing to learn the assessment processes and building on her Court of Protection knowledge, to support clients following assessment. She prides herself on building good, professional relationships and works hard to achieve the best results for clients.

In Emma`s spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, walking with her dog and visiting places around the UK.
