Hannah joined A&M Bacon in September 2019 as Group Operations Support.

Hannah is the first point of contact for our clients. When new instructions are received, Hannah will log the instructions onto our Case Management System ready for the Costs Draftsman to prepare the Bill of Costs.

Hannah also assists with the obtaining of the Final Costs Certificates, the DUC process and the preparation of our clients’ files to court, to ensure all files arrive there safely.

All our clients are kept up to date throughout with regard to the progress of their bill by Hannah. Hannah also assists the team with any admin requests and ensures all client files are tracked and are in the right place at the right time.

In July 2024, Hannah took on the role of Operations Manager at A & M, to further ensure our clients receive a smooth journey and the best possible service.

In her spare time, Hannah enjoys spending time with her two young children and partner.
